Tissue Covered Candle Bowl
Supplies:
Small glass bowl
Your choice of different colored tissue paper
Floating candles
White glue
Cut tissue paper into small squares. Make a mixture of 25%
glue and 75% water. Use a paintbrush to glue the pieces of
paper to the outside of bowl with the mixture. Be sure to
overlap the colors! Now cut red hearts and apply the same
way. Let dry completely. Fill bowl with water and set the
candles inside. Light and enjoy!
Dried Flower Candles
When making candles, follow your chosen recipe.
Before pouring into molds, coat the sides of molds lightly
with Vaseline. Press assorted dried flowers to sides of
molds. Slowly pour candle wax into molds, being sure
flowers stay on the sides. After hardened, remove candle
and dip in hot wax to coat and seal flowers.

Wreaths
Fresh cranberries, rose buds, leaves, or what ever.
Black wire
Small bamboo skewer
1. Use skewer to pierce a hole through the cranberry,
rose buds, or leaves.
2. Thread cranberries, rose buds, or leaves, as many as
you prefer and twist wire ends together.
3. Bend the wire into a heart shape and tuck twisted
ends behind wreath so they will not show.
4. To make a hanger for the heart, you can use a bow of
yarn or ribbon at the top, or you can attach another
piece of wire.
