THE BUILDING
The
best way to hold down costs, is to own the building
that houses your shop. You will have better control
over your expenses.
Location
Location Location
Yes
there is a lot to be said for LOCATION.
It
can make or brake a business. You may want to test the
waters first. Try a leasing to buy contract. Just
think seriously about buying.

IT'S
A GOOD FEELING!
Get
to know your customer's. Try to learn their names,
even big business suggests that when you are having a
phone conversation with a customer... take the
opportunity to use their name at least three times in
the conversation. Subconsciously we do like to hear
our own name. It gives us a sense of importance and
recognition. It's a good feeling and it does not go
unnoticed.

SPRING
IDEAS
Country
bunnies are never out of season. And bunnies make a
big impact in spring displays. If you have a small
store and your space is limited, at least add a live
or silk spring flower arrangement near or on the check
out counter with a few bunnies gathered around the
floral display. You may even consider having a name
draw for the spring floral display. Each time a
customer comes into your shop and spends twenty five
dollars or more the customer can add their name to the
draw.
